Everything
on an AirRanger is designed to last 20 years in a marine
environment. The materials are mostly high grade marine
aluminum and stainless steel. Nylon is used for
bushings. The standard VDO instrument panel is
corrosion resistant. The version shown here adds a
locking lid and an extra bit of weatherproofing.

Instruments and switches are ergonomically
mounted on the pilot's right. The rudder control stick is
on the pilot's left. A forward push on the stick
initiates a right turn. -
