Ranger series hulls are constructed marine grade sheet
aluminum over 3/16 inch thick shielded with 3/8
inch (optional) of a tough teflon type UHMW polymer. The
sides are crafted from 1/8 inch aluminum alloy and braced
with mid-ship gussets. 7 extruded aluminum (5086)
T-shaped stringers reinforce the bottom of the
hull. The cage around the engine and prop, the perched seat(s), and the exhaust system are usually crafted from stainless steel. Other components are typically aluminum, stainless, or some other corrosion resistant material. Those who take the time to compare choose American. (testimonials) The new Rhino Edition hulls are constructed with a full 1/4" 5086 marine grade aluminum bottom. Superior workmanship and the highest quality materials result in a hull that is virtually indestructible and allows us to give not the usual 90 day warranty but an unprecedented Lifetime warranty.
